Le tendenze del momento e la sua passione lo hanno portato a elaborare sempre pi\u00f9 cocktail Low-alcol, molti dei quali con base il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prosecco.wine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Prosecco DOC<\/a>. Alcuni di questi ben si abbinano alle specialit\u00e0 della cucina di Elio Sironi.
